Seit gestern wissen aufgeweckte Zocker, dass Sony mit dem angepeilten Playstation Now Service ernst machen möchte.
Über einhundert PS3-Spiele werden in Zukunft per Stream angeboten und das zu einem vertretbaren Kostenfaktor.
Da nun nicht mehr nur einzelne Games zeitlich begrenzt geliehen werden müssen, sondern ein Monatsbeitrag reichlichen Zugang erlauben wird.

Kann nun doch viele PS3 Spiele spielen – über Stream.

Für einen monatlichen Beitrag von 19,99$ Dollar sollen zuerst die Amerikaner in den Genuss von über 100 PS3-Spielen kommen können. Wer gleich drei Monate bucht, spart etwa 5$ pro Monat.
Schnelle Internetverbindung sollte aber weiterhin zum guten Ton gehören, will man schnelle Bilder auf der Mattscheibe genießen, die jedoch nicht nur von der neusten Playstation gestream werden können. Auch die PS3, die PSVita und das neue PlaystationTV-Gerät werden in der Lage sein, aus der Online-Bibliothek alles Angebotene darzustellen. Sony Bravia TV-Geräte werden folgen.
Die gesamte Liste der Playstation-Now-Titel auf die Abonnenten Zugriff erhalten werden, findet man seit kurzem auf dem offiziellen Playstation Blog. Darunter befindet sich aber auf noch eine weitere Liste mit Spielen, die im Falle von einsetzendem Spielinteresse, weiterhin mit Zusatzkosten verbunden, extra ausgeliehen werden müssen, um für begrenzte Zeit gezockt werden zu können.
Auch für Nicht-Abonnenten sind diese Titel selbstverständlich zur Ausleihe erhältlich.
Am 13.01.2015 beginne der Service, laut des Sprachrohrs des Marketing Directors Peter Jamshidi auf dem Playstation Blog.
